Refund Policy

Digital Product

Soul Report is a digital product generated on demand from your personal birth data. Each report is unique and cannot be resold, reused, or transferred.

Refund Window

Refunds are available before report generation begins. Once your report has been generated and delivered, all sales are final, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

When you proceed to checkout, you confirm that you understand and accept this term. This acknowledgement is recorded with your order.

Exceptions

Regardless of the window above, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Generation failure: your report fails to generate due to a technical error and cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate purchase: you were charged twice for the same report.
  • Material defect: the report contains demonstrably incorrect astronomical or numerological data due to a system error (not due to incorrect birth data you provided).

Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@soulreport.app with your report token or order reference. Refund requests under the exceptions above must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation as required by law.
