1. Service Description

Soul Report (“the Service”) is a soul report platform operated by Xirophi Pty Ltd (ABN 47 697 534 393) (“we”, “us”). The Service generates personalised reports combining numerological, astrological, and esoteric system calculations with AI-powered interpretive intelligence.

2. Nature of the Service

Soul Report provides spiritual insight and personal reflection tools. The content generated is for entertainment, self-exploration, and spiritual development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that interpretations are generated through a combination of algorithmic calculations and artificial intelligence, and should be treated as one perspective among many.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By purchasing a report, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Payment and Delivery

Reports are generated after payment is confirmed. Generation typically takes 2–5 minutes. Once generated, your report is accessible via a unique link and downloadable as a PDF. Reports remain accessible for a minimum of 12 months from the date of generation.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

While we use precise astronomical calculations (powered by the astronomy-engine library) and established numerological systems, the interpretive elements of each report are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be treated as factual or predictive.

The accuracy of astronomical calculations depends on the accuracy of the birth data you provide. Incorrect birth time or location will affect the results.

6. Intellectual Property

The report generated for you is for your personal use. You may share it with others but may not resell, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your birth data and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
